John Linton represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation matters, as well as landowners in condemnation cases.
John has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation matters, as well as landowners in condemnation cases. His approach is deliberate and determined, but creative and prudent. His practice encompasses a broad range of areas including federal practice, commercial litigation, eminent domain/condemnation, zoning appeals, employment litigation, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation.
John was born in Charleston and currently lives in the Old Village in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Julia, their sons Jack and Fritz, and their dog Riley.
